February 9, 2023 - 09022023 - impromptu lunch at Champignon. My bottle as the starter. Crisp key-lime, green apple, some citrus peel with a touch of toasty & brioche notes. Lovely acidity and very refreshing on the palate. Enjoyed the mineral driven finish.

November 1, 2022 - Disgorged 03062020: Classic blanc de blancs. Very elegant, with lemon, raspberry, lemonpeel, and citrus flower dominating on the nose. Fine mousse, and very, very well balanced. Long. Superb, and just a nod better than Gonet's TER noir or Roy Soleil. Drink now - 2032, but will probably be better around 2025 - 2030.
Retasted September 30th 2023 with consistent notes. I love this one! -

August 31, 2022 - (No disgorgement date.) We drank this right after the Pierre Gimonnet Cuvee Cuis -- similar light weight, but this one has a bitter element (as a feature, not a bug). Moderate acidity, with real character though it's still at the leaner end of the Champagne spectrum. We'd very happily drink more of this.

September 30, 2019 - 2019 MW Champagne Tasting, nose of citrus, same on the palate, medium body, crisp, good acid, tasty, slightly sweet, medium finish.
