April 22, 2024 - This has gotten so good with age. Salmon color nearly turned to red, it retains fruit at this point with all sorts of interesting features of development. Intense, with blood orange, anise, and a little creamy note, this was outstanding.

June 22, 2021 - Depth of aromas... cocoa even. Citrus peel, touch of earth. Well rounded on the palate. Good acid balance. Nice and full finish. Stood up well to a double bone grilled pork chop.

August 2, 2020 - Remarkable, unique rose. Lush red fruit and watermelon flavors, very pungent and round, yet with substance and delicious finish. Always a favorite.
