Community Tasting Notes 8

August 5, 2023 - Deep garnet in color; tart cherries, plums, and black pepper on the nose; high acidity; moderate tannins; tastes like raspberries, cherries, and crushed gravel with a long finish. I expected less acidity after adding. Still pretty good. I like the taste, but I don't think this wine was made for aging.

December 11, 2021 - Late. But just about drinkable. Vanilla, oak, almond

December 15, 2012 - Quote late but still very nice. Not overtime just yet.

December 2, 2012 - Still going strong. Not over the top as suspected. Nice balance between fruit and tannins, but not a long finish.
