January 29, 2019 - This is an excellent sparkling wine from a vineyard that doesn't usually do sparkling wines. Sourdough toast on the nose, and lemon curd and light strawberry notes on the palate with an extremely fine mousse. Would probably age out for several more years if you were so inclined.
