March 14, 2021 - Spicy cherry, with great acidity. This is a nice, unique food wine. Delicious.

March 10, 2021 - Pop and pour from 375. An hour after opening the nose still seems like freshly sawed wood, cigar and spice box. This is much smoother and softer on the palate than when I first popped the cork, but the flavors are still a bit rough for me.

February 2, 2021 - Very nice. After about 30 min of decanting it really softened and was well balanced. Nice light fruit notes and tannins.

August 20, 2020 - Well structured and dry -- but no real fruit to note. Not sure love this as a SV wine.
