September 16, 2023 - Note taken after ~4 hours of air. Blackberries, spice, and light cedar notes on the nose. Deep fruit on the palate, with some graphite and vanilla on the finish. Drinks well now with air but still needs time.

August 3, 2023 - Rather enjoyed this. Lighter tannins, didn’t get in the way of the fruit. This felt very balanced to me, not complex but a very enjoyable Napa cab that didn’t come with the typical punchiness

November 11, 2022 - Seavey Dinner (bellwether): This is very very very young (if the 2009 was very young) but there's a lot of good promise here. Red and black fruits. Well structured. A bit less forward than the 2009 in style at least. Lots of promise for where this could go.
