September 10, 2018 - La robe est violacé/pourpre foncé, presque opaque. Il dégage des arômes de réglisse, de fruits noirs confits et d'épices douces. La bouche est ronde et concentré, avec suffisamment d'acidité pour maintenir l'équilibre. Le fruit est confit sans être confituré, c'est chaleureux, mais sans excès. Un beau vin sudiste issue de Biodynamie. Bon rapport Q/P à 18$ CAD.
