September 12, 2022 - 中金黄色，闻香有酸面粉团，榛子气息，金银花和草本一类的香气，一些腌梨的核果味，这是一支陈年特征明显的酒。入口酸度高，酒液咸，湿石头的矿物感，柠檬混合着金银花一类的香气，还有一丝烟熏的味道，酵母的酸面粉团味道也很明显，后段辛辣微苦。酸度漂亮，香气复杂，对我来说就是喝起来稍微老态了些，如果健康状态下应该非常棒。
