November 23, 2018 - Great bottle of Sancerre. Chalky and concentrated. Bread and butter pickles, mustard seeds, green grass, green peppers. Spicy but so smooth.

July 7, 2017 - The nose displayed an incredible bouquet of wild herbs, intense citrus, and crushed stone. On the palate, I found soft textures with a mix of apple, tart citrus, inner florals tones, wild herbs and saturating minerality. It finished long and fresh on minerals and citrus-tinged stone fruits.
