March 5, 2019 - A bit sharper than '06 and '00 we had alongside, you can feel the vintage right away, acidity is prominent here. There's some fermented fruits here initially but with some time in the glass it opens up nicely. Has this prominent oiliness not unlike '06 and '00 and develops classy creamy notes with time. Give it time in the glass and it will shine.

Delicious and the best as well as oldest VV de Cremant I have tasted. Will stock up on the 2008 and hope for the best! -

February 6, 2016 - Nice, mature BdB-nose. Still freshness and bite from the acidity. Slightly too oxidized and it feels like this bottle has passed its peak.
