  April 5, 2022 - 88% Cabernet Sauvignon (balanced made up of other Bordeaux varietals). Estate grown. Aromas and flavors of ripe black cherry/berry, black currant, blueberry and dark chocolate. Hints of black licorice and blood. Big structure and just a bit tight. Extremely long finish.

  January 15, 2021 - Decanted for 1.5 hours. Aromas of blackberry, currant, plum, bell pepper and a touch of cocoa. Flavors of mocha, blackberry, currant and a splash of cherry. Ends with a decent finish of 15-20 seconds with blackberry and cherry notes. Served a bit on the cool side but still showing nicely. For an entry level tariff this is a nice wine.

  October 21, 2020 - High alcohol with high sugars. I have found when drinking wines like this to drink on day #2. This would be a good table wine, or open this when you have a get to gether and their are lot of wines being opened.
