November 19, 2021 - This is a fabulous Cab. I happened to have a day-old bottle of 2018 Sling & Spear that I compared it to. Amazing difference, where the S&S is much more fruit-forward (though not to the degree of cough syrup as some can be) while the Quixote has a lovely older style that is still powerful with lovely complexity.
