June 14, 2020 - Sehr buttriger Aligoté von Colin-Morey. In der Nase Aromen von Brioche, Butter, Vanille, weissen Blüten, nasses Gras, weissen Pfirsich, im Gaumen dann mittelplus Säure und würzig-fruchtig mit sehr langem Abgang. Ein toller Aligoté, der sehr Chardonnay-mässig rüberkommt und für mich etwas zu viel Battonage hat.
