November 27, 2019 - Very nice mid range hunter that is just showing a bit of age. Still needs some air and was good on night 2 also. Leather creeping in along with some primary fruit hanging on. Nice drinking. I would suggest drinking now over the next 5 years.

January 2, 2019 - This Shiraz speaks of the great 2014 Hunter vintage. Plums, some understated spice and tare and a very fullsome but balanced taste sensation. It improved with airing and evolved into excellent drinking. It may improve somewhat with age but is great drinking right now.

June 23, 2017 - Benefits from lots of air at this point, best from 3 hours onwards. Plums, earth, meaty savouriness, cranberry acidity. Fine threads of tannin. Impressive length. Have a cold so not sure I'm conveying the particulars accurately, but quality shines through. 92ish, I'd prefer to be sans cold before commiting to higher points. Yet another wine that suggests I should beg, steal, borrow, or buy as much 2014 Hunter Shiraz as will fit in my cellar.
