August 23, 2010 - Pleasing aromas of vanilla and oak on the nose. Tannins are well integrated providing a smooth mouthfeel with no astringency that can often be detected with younger cabs from Dry Creek. Nice flavors of dark fruit still evident even after 7 years in the bottle.
