March 2, 2023 - Gorgeous nose:cherry compote, blackberry, blueberry, plum, tobacco, baking spice, menthol. Barely full bodied, tbe tannins are dense and slightly gritty, while the acid is juicy and streamline. Structure is balanced. Flavors include black cherry, black plum, black tea, spearmint, tobacco, dried leather, and clove. This is refined and I think probably nearing a decline.

December 24, 2021 - Being that I was infected with covid my family moved our Christmas Eve party outside here in Minnesota. Although I enjoyed this wine it was entirely too cold for me to give it an honest score.

December 6, 2019 - No formal notes. Drank after a 2ish hour decant. An elegant and refined Napa cabernet, I think this will be great in 2-3 years and drink at its peak for another 2-3 years. The tannins are dense but fine and polished, the acid is on point, and the fruit is starting to reveal itself. A Napa for cabernet lovers who want to taste the finish before the tannins strip it away.
