December 12, 2020 - Perfect now. Blue fruits, tobacco, cloves, and vanilla with velvety tannins. This has been a lot of fun over the years. Our last one. :(

November 17, 2020 - What a great way to present a vineyard. The sum of the parts that make up this Pagani Ranch wine is wonderful. Everything winemaker bringing something different to the party. Great florals, tangy acidity, generous fruit, judicious oak and just the right amount of restraint to turn a normally big boned behemoth into puppy dog that licks your face and makes you smile.

May 12, 2019 - What a difference a few months makes. Very balanced currant, black pepper, allspice, cloves, and earth. Drinking really well right now.
