July 23, 2023 - Bottled elegance. Ethereal super juice. 2016 may not be for everyone, and generally it's not my favourite vintage either, but Willi Schaefer made some really great wines. White peach, raspberry mousse, honeydew melon, apricot and lychee. Only problem is that the bottle is only 750 ml...

August 2, 2022 - Sweet fruit, aromatic herbs and flowers on the nose. The palate has quite a marked sweetness which surprised me somewhat but which is balanced by a core of minerality on the mid-palate and an almost vermouth-like twist.
