February 23, 2020 - Interesting stuff. Fresh aromas of crushed raspberry and cherries, with menthol, herbs, rose petals and black pepper. Fresh and zippy on the palate, refined, dusty tannins still provide structure. Crunchy red apple and raspberry fruit mix well with herbs, earth, anise, mushroom. In a really good place now but could age for at least a few more years.

May 25, 2018 - Pale center, browning edge. At first, rather harsh, acidic, and earthy, but with air, a nice, yes, even mildly sweet cherry core to complement the structure. Very light, but a lot of character for the evanescent body.
