March 28, 2024 - This was just gorgeous. Lovely napa fruit that is just turning to show some age. Fully integrated with hints of aged oak and deep potting soil. Hard to pick apart the flavors, it's all just one thing. Structure fully coalesced.

    Drinking at peak for me.

January 16, 2018 - Bought this bottle in 2005 from the winery for $115. I've had high expectations for this cab for the last 12 years and it did not disappoint. Opened for my birthday at Evvia and decanted for 1 hour. Perfectly aged, great fruit, long finish. Rich and full-bodied, with an explosive bouquet of macerated blackberry and cassis fruit, an opulent mid-palate, and a glorious finish with great purity, fruit, and glycerin.
Dusty aromas of redcurrant and loam, lifted by a floral element. Supple, broad and quite dry; a sophisticated texture and intriguing floral tones. Seriously structured wine.
