December 22, 2023 - 30-minute double decant. Black cherry, prune, blackberry, and truffle-infused chocolate. Dry palate, with good acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.

September 26, 2022 - Slow ox for 2 hours then aggressively swirled, drunk over a few hours. Lots to love up front- gorgeous nose of blueberries and mixed fruit compote. Initial sips reveal more blueberries, black cherries and black raspberries. Drying tannins on the finish. Great up front appeal but falls off quickly on the back end, making it less satisfying. Fairly smooth and easy to drink. Less of an intellectual turn on. I’m with Yackman on this one

March 23, 2022 - This wine is okay, but shows a bit dry, and not suitable to my palate preference. Great rich color with a fragrant nose, blueberries, dark raspberries, good construction but this one doesn’t wow me personally. Open for two days with very little change. I'm more in line with Parker's score, he gives it 92 Points. For me, 90+/ 91 Points after two days and disappointing to me.

March 3, 2022 - Two hour decant. Deep dark electric magenta color. Blueberry pie, cocoa, and black cherry, on the rich, fruit forward nose. Smooth, dry, full bodied palate, with soft, mouth coating acidity. Full tannins on the longish finish. Very easy drinker.

September 11, 2021 - Very shy initially but after 3 hours it’s opening up well. Loads of toasty wood elements, scorched tree branch, chalky dark cherries and baked cocoa. That intense warm nose came in much needed harmony with pure dark fruits with time. Soft tannins with Mouth coating feel and lip-smacking finish. This will improve more. Cheers 🍷🍷
