August 7, 2023 - Another great bottle of this; a bit of tropicality with some pineapple and mango, then more fresh orchard fruits of peach and apple; lovely floral notes with just a hint of spice and butter. Really good intensity and length and still felt quite young. The finish was quite nice and this held up overnight and was still in fine form the next day. It was bottled with natural cork.

August 7, 2023 - Still retains a good bit of reduction which I’m guessing will resolve. It seemed to blow off as it was opened but I consider this to be a great wine.
Probably will wait another year before opening another bottle.

February 13, 2023 - JT and Marty Super Bowl Extravaganza (Chez Newman): This was excellent; delicious ripe orchard fruits, gardenia, lemon peel, a hint of mineral and sweet spice. Beautiful balance on the palate with excellent density, rounded as you would expect from Pucelles, but still with good energy. One of the best '16 whites I've had.

June 2, 2022 - Académie des Cinquante Burgundy visit; 6/1/2022-6/3/2022: Paired with Clos du Cailleret 2016. Very attractive nose, open and with lovely vineyard expression, silky and flowing palate, but I did notice a slight bitter this time.
