Community Tasting Notes 3

May 30, 2018 - PNP. Deep maroonish ruby color. Interesting nose of black cherry, black tea, maple syrup and cooked cauliflower. Smooth, dry palate. Soft tannins on the medium short finish. The cauliflower in the nose grew over time and dominated after three hours. The first hour was reasonable.

July 1, 2017 - Campfire nose with wood. Blackberry palate. Medium to full. Soft and round. Very nice effort.
