August 11, 2023 - Popped and poured. Cherry and cinnamon notes dominate. Medium-bodied with a satin texture and flavors of Asian spice, cherry and clove. Balanced. Delightful, and drinking beautifully right now. This was a steal at $250/case back in the day.

May 8, 2020 - We decided we needed another half bottle or so. Black cherry, nutmeg and something a bit resiny/sappy. Mixed red and dark pinot fruit with baking and Asian spice elements. Finishes with good length. Excellent, and would certainly stand up to heartier fare.
