July 1, 2023 - Well made if not over complex. Not on down slope. Quince, seawater and mineral. Palate well balanced with acid and fruit and mineral. Glycerin coating.

January 2, 2021 - Deep brass in colour with pear tart and golden apple aromas accented with honeysuckle scents. Ripe with a creamy texture thanks to lees ageing. Off dry and nicely poised by its bracing acidity.
