December 4, 2018 - Opened and paired with left-over salmon, rice, and a fried egg (with leftover Pho on the side - raid the fridge night). Light, clear salmon color. No nose and not much flavor profile on the palate other than watermellon, strawberries, mellon, and some herbs, but the beauty of this wine is structural elements: balance, weight, and finish. Good QPR and was very enoyable for leftover Tuesday. Drink through 2019. Technical score: 89. Enjoyment score: 91.

September 7, 2017 - Kermit Lynch and Small Vineyards Sept Tasting at Wine Wizards (Wine Wizards): Lovely nose, very typical apple note. Great balance and finish. Crisp and fresh, but at its peak drink before next spring.
