    May 5, 2024 - Not blind
It starts difficult but after half hour some pears and herbal notes. A bit too oxidative. Gets more precision with air. The last two bottles 2 years ago were much fresher do I would wait not much longer. 92

January 22, 2024 - Even better than the last time I tried this. The anise has softened a bit, morphing to be more ginger-like. The nose is distinctively sweeter and more open. Getting autolytic whiffs of sweet butter in fleeting moments. Effervescence is very much on the light side, but holds up if you consider the package without carbonation. Think this is in a peak drinking window for the next year before it'll change quite a bit (to what I am unsure and have no more bottles to find out). Enjoyed by all who participated.

    Nose: 92-93
    Palate: 90-91

January 13, 2024 - Similar to the last bottle, drinking a bit advanced.

October 28, 2022 - Cross of old school oxidative style and zesty energy that you can tell once graced this wine in the days of old. Mixing bowl of anise, bruised pink lady apples in a minutely herbaceous frame. Sounds odd, but it works - excited to try more of his stuff

March 27, 2022 - some bruised apple, a small hint of acid. Showing some light notes of oxidation. Drinking a little older than I would have hoped, and a little less vibrant than other recent Leclaparts from same and near similar vintages, but still pleasant for a snowy day in the mountains.
