December 10, 2018 - 15 days maceration on skins, not traditional in the Czech Republic. Very fruity and expressive nose. Nice intense tannic mouth, a bit short maybe. Vines 29 years old. The word podfuck means in Czech something like cheat or unexpected because of this unusual result for a pinot gris.

October 7, 2018 - Reduced at first. After some swirling notes of cherry, blood orange and dried herbs come out of the glass.
Pretty weird stuff but clean and elegant for a orange wine. Would try again. Actually more fun at higher temp from bigger glass.1 person found this helpful Comment -
