Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Tony Ling Likes this wine: 93 points

July 29, 2019 - PNP into Zalto Universal glass (“Flower” day): Pale golden to the eyes.

Fresh and just ripe golden orchard and stone fruits like white peaches. Some honey and sweet florals. Some hay as well. Quite steely too.

Very good minerality and acidity, approachable already for such a young wine indeed. Gentle touch of spice on finish that adds to the complexity.

Sommelier commented that previous experiences can result in a more oxidative style that some may find undesirable but this shows very well in almost a ‘classic” style.

Love the purity of this. 93 points.
