March 3, 2020 - 3 Blind Pomerol (Reno, NV): similar note to previous though felt more evolved and mushroomy/tertiary... nice quality for appellation

April 4, 2019 - clear, deeper color than age might suggest. on the nose minerals, minerals, minerals... background citrus fruit, green apple... no new oak no malo smells. on the palate dry, very high acids, moderate palate weight, low alcohol. balance wise very firm, good length, great mineral intensity, ok complexity. held up in the fridge for a couple days easy.
this is a taut, mineral driven wine that is quite unique in style for the level of quality... drink now or hold a year.
