March 30, 2023 - Solid, somewhat modern St Emilion. Tannin resolved and wine definitely is in its drinking window. Give it a little air before drinking

September 18, 2018 - My seventh bottle from a case drank with beef strganoff. This delicious '05 continues to deliver. Good balance, a complex flavor profile with plenty of fruit, smooth tannin, pencil lead and earthiness. Drink or hold

July 17, 2018 - Nice wine, soft, silky, polished with the right amount of licorice, cherry and truffle too. This is close to fully ready, so if you are waiting, wait no longer.

December 22, 2017 - Nose of black fruit, licorice, spice and a little lavender. Medium bodied with cassis, licorice and some secondary flavors coming out. Nicely balanced, still some tannins but in its drinking window. I think this has reached a nice plateau where it should remain for at least 5 years. 93 points.
