  July 8, 2023 - 香气比上一款更加复杂，桃杏果脯、苹果馅、菠萝酱、橘子酱和柠檬等果味显得更加而有层次感，层层叠叠累加在味觉之中，纵深感也更好，中段开始的红枣、焦糖、红茶和红木色调深，在后段拉伸，带出静谧的纵深。周遭先是包围着绵密的奶味，向外发散变成轻盈的奶泡，将结实的内蕴承托了起来。口感酸度充沛浸润而活跃，让人想不到是2003年份出品的酒，架构和集中度都上佳，在口中扩张，饱满而有层次，不失飘逸轻盈。话梅糖、菠萝酱、成熟的桃杏、熟苹果、柠檬茶等，质地清晰透彻，后段依然强健有力，平静幽深，很棒。95+/100

  January 22, 2022 - 香气以一点点烟雾和燧石起头，随后有着绵密的奶油、鲜牛奶打发的奶泡，随后果味慢慢显现，随着醒酒慢慢明晰，桃杏果脯、苹果馅和一些蜜饯，还带有些果酱感。此后，椰枣、红枣以及红木，融合交缠，表露出稳重深邃的特质。后段还有些薄荷、干薄荷碎，还出来一些鲜奶。入口酒体比较宽阔，酸度高，和酒液融合在一起，嵌入其中支撑整体，把甜味都压下去了，后端依然有乌梅调的酸，带出生津。通体有咸味，有着蜜饯柑橘、苹果馅、果脯、咸柠檬、仁面果和红枣等，随着醒酒，椰丝、椰奶和鲜奶味更加明显，和红木之类的味道相融，很是平静美妙，像是静静的夜空，收口有着细细的矿物和鲜奶感。95+/100

  Popped and poured. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, nose, not as expressive as the Prüm we had before, but very elegant, driven by pure, ripe exotic fruit.
  2003 was hot and warm, certainly a challenge to produce racy Riesling wines. This Auslese is all about balance and harmony. It is very silent and because it has only low level of acidity, it seems broad and not exciting. But if you focus on the taste, you feel its depth, purity and complexity. It rests in itself. Lovely fruit juice, that I could drink all day. Lingering, fruity finish. 92+
