  August 21, 2021 - This wine has really developed nicely and seems to be hitting stride at almost five years. Displays a medium gold color. Mature orchard fruits, acidity lingers. Finishes medium. Drink now, unlikely to improve with further cellaring.

  January 25, 2020 - Lemon, lime, white peach, flowers...lots going on here. This is my last bottle of six, but I'm really curious how this would age in the mid-term (i.e., 3 more years). Very solid 89-90 wine. QPR for Bord. Blanc.

  December 5, 2019 - Significant improvement and development over the last eighteen months. Clear, deep lemon color. Developing aromatics and flavors reflecting medium plus aromas of mineralality, honey, tropical fruit, tart citrus and some underlying gooseberry and herbaceousness. Subtle, but improving acidity, mostly showing roundness on the palate. Medium plus body and medium alcohol. Medium finish. Worked well with broiled scallops with Mac and cheese. Cellaring seems to have helped this.

  December 3, 2019 - Good showing. Definitely sauv blanc on the nose with gooseberry and a touch of honey; really nice nose. On the palate, mint, gooseberry, ok acidity (better than last time). Slightly minty finish. In a good place right now.
