May 28, 2023 - Sunday evening, dessert wine. Deep brown color. Dade, abricot, slight nutty and creamy touch. Med- acidity, med body, med alcohol, med+ flavor intensity, med finish. Nuttiness, sweet Dade fruits, abricot, nice 👍

Very botrytis nose of penicillin and dried apricot.
In the mouth it is quite thick and full-bodied, with notes of pineapple and orange marmalade, with still very nice acidity. Also has some vanilla notes, probably aged in oak barrels. Beter than most Sauternes I’ve had. Amazing!!! -

Seriously off the chart. Incredible acidity backbone, superb length, great intensity.

The wine shows deep honey color
In the nose the wine shows meidum intensity, honey, pear jam, syrup, apricot and peach jam, dried figs and almond
In the palate, the wine shows high intensity, full on dried fig, medium acidity, alnond, apricot and peach jam again, raisins, buttery, toffee, croissant, nice acidity, medium to long finish
