April 25, 2021 - Awesome wine. Lots of energy and minerals, deep complexity. Unique and great pricing

September 16, 2019 - A great discovery as I had never tried anything from this appellation before. Wet stones and hints of citrus on the nose. Dry and steely mouthfeel with a limestone and mineral backbone that exuded class, but traditionally delicious with zingy and approachable flavors of ripe apple and honey. Good acidity brings it all together.

July 29, 2019 - Romarantin grape. Lovely floral aromas with additional honeysuckle, nuts, ripe apples, white peaches, herbs. Palate is rather different. Tart apples, mild lemon, hint of grapefruit, minerals, herbs. Nice long finish w lingering citrus and minerals.

    July 21, 2017 - Blind tasting

the wine is clear, medium intense golden core with thin pale rim, developed

nose is clean, medium+ intense aromas of orange peel, apples, yellow apples, flor, sea or salty minerals, mushrooms, somewhat floral, dried fruit, a bit oxidative style. Developing

Palate is dry, high acidity, medium(+)alcohol, medium+ body and flavour intensity with aromas of orange, orange peel, yellow apples, honey, dried fruit, mushrooms, flor, lemon, salty minerals, limestone. medium finish

the wine is well balanced, finish a bit dissapointing *almost short*, quite complex and intense with high acidity and dry-extract. medium Concentration. premium priced wine, drink now and next 5-10 years, very good quality, 87-88p

As for the grape and origin i believe it is old world, and i think france, Jura more precisely, it could be loire (chenin blanc) but it lacks some of the aromas and things like flor i havent experienced from that region and that grape, Languedoc-roussillon also makes some wines in this style, but the acidity and intensity is too high. So Jura, Grape Savagnin and if not it could be a very oxidative made chardonnay.
