December 1, 2022 - This is very good. Brilliant colour, clearly with sufficient acid. Excellent complex flavour with body and texture. Quite solid. Finish long. A few years won't hurt, but maybe near peak.

January 5, 2021 - Complex nose or acacia, almond blossom, seaside, lime, hints of truffle, lime, smoky mineralite. Quite lovely. Palate currently a bit more subdued, in contrast to the ‘15’s which have been so open and delightful I’ve drunk quite a few recently, saline and mineral, beautiful acidity caressing the gums, opening up more with the hours, but one to wait a while longer. In contrast to the bottle enjoyed last week, this one suffered from being driven a few hundred kilometres to a beach house prior to consumption.

October 2, 2017 - Pale, green tinged.
Very pure, refined lime blossom, white peach, spice, a hint of cream, mineralite, complex and very persistent.
