June 15, 2022 - Nose of vanilla pod. Getting dark berry, cardamom, licorice and pine. Just slightly more than a light bodied wine. Leaves a silky mouth feel. Would pair nicely with a salted caramel ice cream or figs glazed in balsamic vinegar. Give me glass of this with chili con carne.
