April 21, 2024 - Deep golden color. Rich, expansive, honeyed palate. Mature, complex, and delicious. That said this is more advanced than I would expect -- not sure if it's just this bottle or it's time to drink 'em all up.

September 13, 2023 - Expressing itself to me at least like an amalgam of northern Rhône and southern Burgundy. All the yellow and white fruits of the orchard, almonds, honey, fuller bodied with moderate acidity and with an amber-gold hue. Nice stuff.

July 31, 2023 - Golden yellow. Nose of pine resin, pear and salt. Waxy, medium bodied, marks of apple and pear, salt and caramel. Asian spices. Rich and complex, certainly a wine that requires attention and food. Still evolving, try again in 2025. As always, singular wine.
