April 8, 2024 - An open-knit nose of simmering beef stock, sweet berries and spice. Good flesh and volume. Plenty of minerality lurking. Balanced and possesses ample structure.

March 1, 2022 - Burgundy Dinner with Friends (Andros Taverna): Served alongside the Dujac. Opened and decanted 45 minutes before serving. Powerful pre-decant, then more open and Vosne-y when initially served with lots of red cherry Vosne-like charm. Further air had this wine close up on itself, with more tannins and acidity emerging, even with its intense concentration, yes, oh so 2005. I will hold my remaining bottles until 2030 or later, but I like its potential.

December 19, 2020 - Violet color. Deep bramble and barnyard nose. Spicy fresh fruit. Acid, fine tannins. Everything right.
I can see where this will improve and become more nuanced and concentrated with a couple of more years.
Great dinner, pork tenderloin in shallots, roasted tomatoes and black sticky rice. Xmas pizzelles after dinner.

July 18, 2020 - Solid Vosne with age. The group was mixed on whether it needed more time or was slightly past its peak. The florality was great, however the overall nose and palate left a little to be desired.
