March 19, 2022 - Upon opening you are greeted with citrus and honey, followed by grapefruit, after the initial opening shock, the wine wakes up and demonstrates layers of South African bush-bush, citrus, lemon honey cough syrup, and long lingering after taste. Pairs well with smoked salmon.
