June 25, 2011 - Fruity and light. Not particularly complex, but nice with grilled meats on a summer day.

April 30, 2011 - No official note but observations - Initially tight front end with candied fruit on the backend. After about 45 minutes it opened up, added some weight and the spiciness kicked in burying the candied fruit. Very nice after getting the air.
