December 8, 2020 - Lime dominates the nose. This is clear and pure, lemon/lime, salty, minerals on the finish. Good acidity throughout. Excellent QPR.

February 7, 2020 - Nose of chalk and lemon grass. Dry and creamy, but tarte. On the tongue there’s some green pepper and lemon with a chalky finish. Very nice.
