May 22, 2020 - Similar to notes on 3/4/20: Lots of lemon and minerality with decent fruit underneath. Great QPR. Only question over the long run - who wins - fruit or acidity???

March 4, 2020 - Initially very shy on the nose, so I switched from a larger burgundy-bowl glass to a more narrow traditional white wine glass. Mild crisp apples, a bit of sweetness that is typical of the 2014 vintage, and a hint of lemon. On the palate - bright apple fruit with some pear, nice minerality and a good shot of acid - not in a bad way. Fairly well balanced if a bit on the lighter side. Perfect for food pairing. Indicates a good life ahead.

February 10, 2020 - Straightforward but elegant white Burg. 4th of 6 bottles. Gets a little better each time I pop one. Fruit, minerality, acid, and texture are all balanced wonderfully...
