July 21, 2020 - Pop and pour, consumed over 5 hours. Nose: Medium-plus intensity, butterscotch, tropical fruit - pineapple, honeydew melon, and hints of buttered toast. Palate: Medium-full bodied, creamy mouth-feel, tropical fruit attack, melon and pear dominate the mid-palate, a slight tartness appears in the back-end providing balance with the up-front fruit. Finish: Medium-plus length dominated by unsweetened canned pear and honeydew melon. Wonderful wine, showing great balance, power and finesse.

January 14, 2020 - Tropical nose. Tropical and stone fruit on palate. Vibrant acidity, bright.
Nice, but a bit subdued compared to what I remember from this Vineyard (mostly from Carlisle).
Paired well with orange roughy, carrots, and green beans.
    Me - 90, Wife 91

December 3, 2019 - A touch flat on the finish, again I prefer the Carlisle version more. Very interesting white. Short finish.

September 21, 2019 - OK, boys and girls. This is no simple "chill it and kill it" kind of white. This is an interesting, complex wine that less experienced wine drinkers may be confused or frustrated by. The aromas coming from the wine after being poured are floral. The initial palate is bracing and tart - almost, but not quite citrusy. The second glass - poured 30 minutes or so later - had a less pronounced nose, but the Riesling in this eclectic blend came through. This is a great wine for the enthusiasts among you with an open mind and "experienced" palate.

August 31, 2019 - Pop and pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, butterscotch, watermelon rind, licorice, and overtones of white flowers. Palate: Medium-full bodied, creamy mouth-feel, pear, cantaloupe, and licorice attack, nice acidic back-bone, back-end shows canned pears and peach which persist through a 30-45 second finish.
