March 19, 2022 - Sichuan and Rieslings (Taste of Sichuan, Beaverton OR): The nose is fresh and spring-like with Peaches, pears, green apples, mint, ginger, flowers, and nectarines. The Light bodied feel has a playful quality to it with tart, high acidity. This is drinking very well on the young side and still has plenty of life ahead.

June 25, 2020 - Killer bottle. Similar to last bottle. Sweet and refreshing, a tiny hint of petrol. This bottle was gone in a flash. You know that’s usually a good sign.

May 20, 2020 - Lemon drop candy, Fuji apple, and light tropical fruit notes lead the way on the nose and palate, with medium-high acidity keeping everything in check. Somewhat delicate, showing more elegance than power, if not a tad simple.
