S: raspberry, dark plum, maybe cherry, not black cherry, no oak or baking spices as promised
T: medium smooth almost creamy mouthfeel, raspberry, black cherry, oak, long finish. Smooth, then tangy, woody finish. Tanginess hits back of throat. -
