April 8, 2022 - I agree that this should be drunk by this year. The bottle I opened had slipped a step, and proceeded to thru the evening . Enjoyable but peaked out. Don’t hold it - enjoy!

October 12, 2021 - Even bigger than my previous bottle - so not quite as enjoyable to me. Also, more candied cherry, and less earthy notes. Saved 1/2 a bottle for the day after. Will add a PS if it changes.
PS: Nicer on day 2. Darker cherries, less syrupy, more balanced.
