May 10, 2023 - Coming up on four years after the prior: We should not have kept this so long. On the positive side, I can say it had suggestions of what might be called savory honey. Maybe dried rose petals too. I found it drinkable — my generally adventurous wife did not. It certainly has lost the lovely characteristics and vibrancy of the first three bottles. It picked up a bit on the second through fourth nights (gsssed in between) — but on the other hand, perhaps I was just getting used to it. For those of you who have some in stock, bonne chance.

May 27, 2021 - Pear, starburst candy, peach, apple with notes of spearmint and green. Clean light and saline on the palate with a tingly minty feel on the tongue. Nice balance of precision and weight.
