Community Tasting Notes 4

March 9, 2024 - I don't know what happened to this bottle. Decanted a few hours and it was absolute garbage. Acidic smell and awful taste; undrinkable. Unfortunately, this winery is very hit and miss, not consistent at all. A real bummer.

October 20, 2021 - Deep purple leaning into ruby for color. On the nose, dusty black plum, pepper, and just a hint of funk. On the pallet, juicy black plum and pepper fading into a cherry finish with a good acidic structure and medium tannin.

August 14, 2021 - This is drinking really nice right now. Deep purple. Very jammy with taste of black currant and plum with some pepper notes.
