January 13, 2013 - Really good although a bit week on acidity - drink rather sooner than later....

October 6, 2012 - Bright but intense yellow. Deep smell of citrus apple and melon - mixed with honey and smokey oak. Very rich palate with the fruit mixed with smoke and a olily petrol-like (in a nice way...) feel to it. Weak in acidity which implies that you need to pair it with appropriate food - went very well with smoked salmon and could probably work well with thai food as well.
